I love to watch the show Fixer Upper on HGTV. It’s about a Christian couple that finds the worst house in the best neighborhood, and they fix it up for their clients. So, at the first of the show, they find the people an old house and give them ideas on what they can make the house look like. Of course, they love it! As the show goes on, they "demo" the house and then make it look new. They place furniture inside and set all the decorations in just the right place. When the house is completed, they bring the homeowners in to do the BIG Reveal. The people see their new home that’s been remolded inside and out! They cry, they shout, and are just speechless. It got me thinking I wish this could happen for our family but God spoke in my spirit and said it is happening to your family. Your on this short timeline working for me trying to build my kingdom while I am getting ready your mansion in my Father’s house to be the BIG Reveal for you and your family!!! It’s so true sometimes we focus on how big and beautiful our homes, cars, and stuff that doesn’t even matter!
Our goal should always be building God’s kingdom and loving people at all times! All of that just ends up being a big distraction. We just need to stay focus and put God first in our lives! He will help us with our earthly homes and vehicles. It may not ever be what we want, but it is what we need! He is our provider!
